I am so grateful to the lady who answered my call. She recognized my situation and was kind enough to send a technician who had the job done in just an hour. The technician is very informed on what had to be done to my ac that stopped working. He also took the time to explain in-depth the problem of how to stop it again in the future, which I appreciated.
