The technician was skilled and professional. He's an experienced one as well for he's not having a hard time fixing up my refrigerator touchpad that was not working. He knew what necessary things to do to complete the repair. He went above and beyond to make sure things would be solved properly. They will be my first call the next time I need appliance repairs.
