They were on time. They did the work they were supposed to do regarding the problem that I had with my cooktop that was not igniting. They were fair on pricing and did not try to upsell. I have used them in the past and was then as well as now very pleased with them. I'd definitely recommend their appliance repair service to everyone I know!
