I am writing to let you know what an amazing experience I had with one of your technicians yesterday. The problem I had with my refrigerator that was not freezing was done by him. He also took the time to explained and showed me everything he was doing. The repair charge was also very reasonable and within our budget. I certainly would recommend their appliance repair service to everyone I know!
