service department is horrible!! they cant even do their job when it comes to basic service!! have had numerous outrages with this dealer about their crappy service and they have done nothing to justify themselves. i will not be returning to this dealer EVER! there are other dealers within the same distance to us that i can take my business to! i would not recommend buying a vehicle from them or taking your car there for service. service records show service that was supposed to be done by them that they didnt actually do, and now its going to cost us around $1200 to fix their poor service. very crappy dealer!!
