I don't normally write these types of emails, and I am sure you already know this, but Fabian is probably the best technician of any kind we have had perform services for our company. His work on our emergency and exit lighting is excellent and he knows exactly what he is doing and why. He was so patient with me and he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We will all miss his friendly smile and cheerful demeanor around our office after today. I wish I had ten Fabians on my staff!
