Exceptional effort! I couldn't have been happier with the professional manner in which the technician conducted himself when fixing our ac that was not blowing cold air. His attention to detail was over and above my expectations. The customer representative who took my call was also couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. I only wish all service personnel were as professional as them!
