My car alarm key chain battery is dead. No problem right? Just change the battery- wait, the screw is rounded! Instead of wanting to get ripped off and going to my mechanic (at the time), I searched help on Google, and found Xtreme Car & Truck Accessories. The shop manager at the time was polite, didn't rush, and exchanged stories.
