This company doesn’t deserve no stars from me but only because you have to select a star wish it gives me a option to do a half or a start.
Due to the total negligence and unprofessional work Andrew Mayes conducted with me Not only did him and his crew break my 75in tv he blocked my phone number so I could not contact him anymore, as well as lied about my tv being in the shop. Yet when I threaten to take him to court he then gave me a sob story but me wanting to help my black community I gave him chance after chance I even payed to have my own tv put into the shop to only find out it would be 1700 to get it fixed. I asked this man to just communicate with me and give me updates on how we (HIM AND I) could resolve this issue. I let months go by still haven’t heard from him I had to download a text app just to contact this man to only find out the answering service he has can’t even get in contact with him cause he owe them money and not trying to pay them. Me at my ends with this and wanting this to be over I contacted him and told him just give me 400 and we can put this issue to rest. He agreed to it gave a specific day they he would have the money once the day came instead of him calling me letting me know he came into a bind I had to text him to only find out he was short. So I asked him when will he have the 400 due to me needing to pay the movers for my out of state move he stated Thursday Feb 24 2022 that’s the day he gets paid still wanting to take his word I said ok. Feb 24 is here still haven’t heard from him have sent text after text no reply. I would not recommend this guy to move anyone nor anything. It’s sad when you can’t even help your own kind. I hate to say this but I rather help the other races out cause I’m pretty sure this issue would have been resolved. With that being said please take your business else where to someone that’s going to take care or your personal belongings and not going to give you the run around about fixing or replacing something they broke!
