Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He's the technician I really wanted to work with. His service exceeded my expectations for he did ac service beyond the needed job for the same price. All the issues were fixed excellently within an hour. He then gave me a piece of advice and tips to keep the life and condition of our unit.
