In my 37 years of being in a service industry through my Interior Design Consulting, Interacting with Clients, and for the past 14 years the Consignment Business...... I have only had one customer that contacted me all hours of the night texting me pictures of their items to consign, called me on my personal cell instead of the business phone, and when I tried to reach them to pass on customers offers on their items.......did not answer or call me back. In those situations, their items are sold to the best of my ability with the information I had to work with. It was very difficult communicating with that customer and the best avenue for the well being of my business and for her was to ask her to pick up her remaing items and I have record and cancelled checks showing that she was paid in full for all items sold though the Architectural Consignment Shop. Sometimes......some people are just difficult. Pat Norton

Pat Norton Interiors has been in business since 1982 and this is the first complaint we have gotten. I am sorry we could not please this customer and though this is not the review I would want , it happens. I would invite you to visit our shop and decide for yourself. We have been at our location on Twin Beech Road for 6 years and have been very successful in providing items for sale that most of our customers love. We continue to serve our community with wonderful unique items and continue stay updated as interest and styles change. We also have keep our prices where they are affordable for all customers while still staying a high-end shop. Our goal is to have a business that provides our community with architectural items, repurposed items, and newly built furniture from old wood and married pieces. We also try to serve each customer with a warm hello when entering the shop and look forward to their return. As I said, I would love to make all our customers happy and we try. Sometimes it is not possible, no matter how hard we try. Come see us and experience a nice Fairhope business!
