This guy SCAMMED me.
I hired him to do a project which he did horribly, the building would not accept his work. He told me that in order to correct it (his own work!!!), I would have to pay him additional few thousand dollars.
I had to hire a new architect/engineer and to pay the new guy all over again.
I am taking George Nestor to court.
