I needed some relief from stress and I just heard about "Color and Doodle Adult Coloring Books" from a friend. So I ordered this one and really enjoyed it. I am not an artistic person but I found myself getting lost in coloring. It is very meditative. When I will finish this one I will definitely be ordering another one. The pages and patterns are so diverse that if you don't feel like doing a more complicated one that day you can turn the page to an easier more abstract design. Just loved it!

Adult coloring books helped me relieving my stress by doing something that i used to do long back during my school days. Never did I gave it a thought that coloring could actually help me in reducing my stress. Its now that I realized why kids are entirely hushed while coloring or drawing. Its the inner peace that these practice provides us because this isn't constrained to coloring a cartoon or so, it is far better than that. And i can say this due to the peace and relaxation i am experiencing today by doing this practice.
