Their service representative quickly found the source of the problem, identified a source for the required replacement part and scheduled a follow-up appointment. He returned in two days and replaced the faulty part. They were polite, prompt and efficient!

I have been a customer of this flower shop for many years. I have tried many flower delivery services but this place is hands down the best. They always answer calls and inquiries promptly and all the staff is very polite and accommodating. Their flowers are fresh, beautiful and well taken care of. I am so happy with the service. This was a great hotel at a great price! We truly made the right choice for our mini-conference. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Management and staff definitely went out of their way to make this a pleasant stay for us. What a nice place to relax and enjoy. I will be recommending your Hotel to everyone here in our area!
