It was a locked-in price though the technician did his work beyond his job. He did extra work to fix our refrigerator hinge problem. He knew everything to fix it. Every part of my appliance was fixed excellently and even replaced those damaged parts the same day. So happy also that they only charged me a fixed cost for the entire service. The quality of the repair was great. Highly recommended company.
