Their service technician came to look at our oven that was not heating yesterday. He was very knowledgeable with the diagnostics and was prompt in getting back to us with the process of the repair. He also answered all our questions, and his suggestions were very helpful. I will definitely use their service again for future works and recommend it to everyone I know!
