The technician showed up on time for the ac and furnace repair that I needed for our unit and furnace.The technician knew what he was doing and didn't waste time. He is also nice and funny, and he did an exceptionally thorough job and even taking the time to adjust the leveling of my unit and furnace just to make sure it works properly, which I appreciated.
