I had a very bad experience at this gym. My family first joined this gym because it was close to home and it was open 24 hrs a day. After being a member for a year or so, we grew frustrated with how often the equipment was broke. The steam room was broke for a few months. The sauna would break periodically. The hot tub would break and not be fixed for long periods of time. The hot tub temperature was never comfortable, it always seemed to be ridiculously hot or cold. The tanning beds would also be broke for long periods of time. The men's locker room was frequently dirty. The staff was adequate but not friendly. After bringing these issues up with the management to try and cancel the contract they refused. So I was stuck paying for a membership to a gym with broken equipment.
Also, I would frequently use the gym at night and I was always concerned while in the parking lot because of the shady characters that would walk through at night. When I signed up for the membership I did not realize how bad the neighborhood was.
