Showed up to work 3 hours after promised arrival time. We were told old furnace removed one day, new installed the next. New furnace was not started until two days later and it took two days to install. Wrong parts were ordered and it did not work after "completion". Made a mess throughout the house (including grease on carpets) and did not clean up when they finally left at 10 p.m..
