This Company is a rip off, the prices are too high and I know after bringing the same IBM computer to this guy 4 times after being charged 225$ and ITS STILL NOT REPAIRED. Then I find out from another friend that this Company puts spyware on your computer so they can track and watch your activity, (claims its for repairing remotely, well if one is too lazy to actually be in front of the device, then they don't deserve my business...to top all this off its a Company from New Jersey, It all adds up to a bad deal, I would stay away from this scam I have since found a better place locally that knows what they're doing and repaired my original problem for 60$ and removed that spyware that RGB put on.
