I ordered quite expensive power tools from this company via their website. My order was placed on Monday and arrived in 20 - 25 days only. This sets a standard which, in my experience, few other companies can match. My order was perfectly packed but I made a mistake in not identifying a component which was present but which I thought was missing - it was elsewhere in the packaging. But when I called in imperial world trade customer services and asked about the missing product they have given me an answer very politely. And then I realized that I was confused, a product is in the box. Hence they are not misbehavior with me and tell me it's ok!! Much appreciated!
