I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel with my husband and children for 6 nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived at the hotel few hours earlier than the check in time, the staff still arranged a two double bed room for us quickly. The location is excellent as we can go to the city in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The hotel is great! All staff very friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. The airconditioning and heating is very good. Always have taxi outside hotel, very convenient for me who only travels by taxi but not public transportation. I love the bathroom with window opens to living room. I have a great and comfortable stay at the hotel!

I am very satisfied with the result! I called them and asked their technician's expertise to help me with my cooktop that was not igniting. I must say that the technician was truly outstanding. He showed professionalism and dedication to his job. It made me admire his work attitude. There's no way that I will not hire your stupendous service!
