This was such an amazing stay for our family! We had an adorable tent in our room, for the kids to play with cookies to decorate, and hot chocolate in our room! Everyone was so super kind, and you could tell that everyone was trained to pay attention to kids and welcome them. I was impressed with every aspect of our stay at this hotel!

Amazing service from Jin, he was efficient and knowledgeable concerning our refrigerator ice maker problem. My husband and I truly appreciate his dedication, quality of work, and effort.
