I was a bit spooked by other reviews but I needed a flexible company that would work with me for some unusual situations - I was not present at pickup for example. Their sales guy at Four paws moving & storage was great and gave me good advice and a very accurate quote and also was extremely helpful in following up. Everyone I dealt with was professional and capable. I received the calls I was promised about pickup and delivery so I could plan appropriately. My items were handled carefully and I was very pleased with the treatment of my things.
