The water line connected to our washer broke off and flooded the entire first floor of our place. We called the water mold fire restoration of SF emergency helpline, and to our surprise someone actually picked up and arrived at our front door within less than an hour. The guy did basic work that night and the full team arrived the next day to begin hauling out some of the damage. We’re in the Tenderloin, so not sure if that response time is normal for the area or if we got lucky. I would absolutely recommend this company.
