On 11.24.20, one of your technicians, Tom, performed the annual service of our building's emergency and exit lighting. He did an outstanding job. He was very cordial and professional. He explained to me how the devices work and how the test was done. I was able to see the work being done. In the past we used other companies and we were not satisfied with their job. This time we decided to use Fox Valley. We have used your company this year in different projects and we are very happy with all the services. Tom was extraordinary.
