we have an older industrial grade treadmill at work, and the belt tore. I located spencer at exercise machine repair, and left him a message. he called me back shortly, and took the model name and serial number. from that info he was able to give me a rough estimate on how much parts and labor would be. it sounded very reasonable, so we scheduled a time for him to review the treadmill. this was a great transaction, and now our treadmill is operational again.
