The service was quick, and the technician was courteous and professional. He gave an estimate before any work began with our dryer that was not tumbling, which I appreciated. Their repair charge was also very reasonable. He also phoned me in advance of his arrival so I could meet him outside, and for that reason, I'll give them five stars for the great service!

Everyone from this hotel are pleasant and helpful from the security to the concierge, the receptionists, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome. Although the hotel was very busy and full of guests in the lobby we managed to check-in and out with ease and staff were still smiling. Our room was clean, bed, and pillows are so comfortable! I strongly recommend staying here!

An excellent and amazing weekend stay at this hotel. It's one of those rare places that you can find a combo of great service and a very welcoming staff to make your stay a very memorable one. We were greeted by the staff with a warm welcome from the moment we arrived early in the morning.
