We visited last December before Christmas, and the experience was perfect! The room was clean, and we were accommodated nicely by the staff. Kevin, one of the room attendants was kind enough to assist us in the lift since we were with my 2 yr old super-naughty son. He also immediately refilled the water dispenser when asked. Overall stay was superb!

This hotel is perfectly located, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful! It is so easy to walk from there either downtown towards the district or uptown. This is the second time I have been there in five months. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. The bonus was their stunning flower displays. I strongly recommend staying here!

Your service was too astounding and pleasant here in our area! You sent your great technician here in my place to passionately diagnose my oven that was overheating. Luckily, your technician found out the mainstream of the problem and told me how to prevent it in the future. I am so impressed! You guys are highly recommended to all!
