- A work in progress. A dozen good sakes in a range of styles (a favorite: Tenryo Koshu junmai daiginjyo, $26 a carafe). The commercial Asian beer list is in process of expanding to include some more artisan ales from such Japanese craft brewers as Hitachino Nest and Coedo. There's also a worthy, mid-sized wine list with sushi-friendly choices ranging from grüner veltliner to Pacific Rim gewürz. Japanese whiskeys are also on the way.

- Zama is a modern Japanese cuisine with traditional sushi. We have an 8 seat sushi bar and a chic dining room. We offer some of the best sushi as well as great entrees and small bites. We have a full bar with an award wining wine list.
