- B&B reservations may be cancelled 14 days in advance of your stay. If you cancel after this deadline, you will be responsible for the full cost of your scheduled stay. If we, or you, are able to schedule someone else to fulfill your cancelled reservation, then a refund will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cottage reservations may be cancelled 60 days prior with the same cancellation policy as the B&B.
