Zoning law also requires a deep understanding of the practice and years of experience in the many areas that encompass the diverse landscape of the profession, such as political lobbying, land planning, media affairs, contract procurement, and business strategy.
Our attorneys and planners are regularly invited to instruct and present at industry conferences and seminars and we often assist in the preparation of ordinances and specific plans for municipalities statewide. The firm is also AV-rated; the highest ranking awarded by Martindale Hubbell, a noted authority in rating U.S. law firms and attorneys. Perhaps, we are being a bit braggy, but if anything, we’re bragging on behalf of our clients for whose meaningful victories we continually strive.
We have clients that vary in many different facets, from liquor licensing to legislative reform to contract procurement.
