- Two Week Cancellation Policy - If you must cancel your reservation, do so within 14 days of your arrival date to avoid being assessed the entire room charge. As Whispering Pines is a small inn with a limited number of rooms, guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved. I understand that circumstances arise, sometimes out of a guest's control, requiring the cancellation of a reservation.
