As U.S. vaccinations continue to rise every day, the number of U.S. citizens getting in and out of the country continues to increase. However, not every nation permits Americans.
Here is what American travelers need to know, as of 9th June; note that the CDC- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention- stated that you should not travel internationally unless you are fully vaccinated.
Nine countries are entirely shut to U.S. citizens, including New Zealand, Belgium, and Switzerland.
About 33 countries, including El Salvador, Belize, Kenya, The Maldives, and Ukraine, are fully open to US travelers and tourists.
The remaining nations fall in between, including nations with open borders but under a “Do Not Travel” recommendation from the U.S. State Department.

More than 165 countries require a negative COVID 19 test report from American Travelers.
