Line connected to our fridge broke while we were at a kings game one night…came back to find water slowly spreading over the floorboards and into the carpet. First call was to insurance and WMF was on the phone with us 10 minutes later asking for our address. The one guy arrived that night with the adjuster to setup dehumidifiers and fans. The full crew of 4 arrived the next morning for the rest. Excellent work -very impressed.

First and foremost;;; quality of the work completed by “Water Mold Fire Restoration – Los Angeles” was impeccable as far as my (untraineed) eye could see. Had some minor issues with paperwork missing from the final package I was to send to my insurance company. However, the needed document was in my inbox within 10 minutes of fireing off that email. Could not really have asked for anything more from a restoration company.

I will clarify right away that we didn’t end up working with Water Mold Fire Restoration of Los Angeles or any restoration company because it turned out insurance was not going to cover our claim as we had expected. HOWEVER, I still felt compelled to leave this review because of our positive experience with the estimator from this company. He was polite and thorough, spending about 45 minutes analyzing our claim. The other two estimators who arrived at our house were pushing us to start the work immediately without waiting for insurance. The estimator from WMF told us to check with the insurance first – something that saved us a lot of money in the long run. Thanks for your honesty!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Water Mold Fire Restoration of LA over the past three weeks at my small business in south central LA. I thought it was going to be a nightmare dealing with insurers and resto. companies but I had the opposite experience with WMF. Excellent work and friendly team
