Water Mold & Fire Dallas

My parents have lived in the DFW area their whole lives. 25 years ago, they bought an older home in the Lake Highlands area. The home has been good to them until recently. Since 2017, they’ve had to call Water Mold Fire Restoration of Dallas multiple times for various issues related to the place. The first was a water damage emergency. Respectful team that really go above and beyond what I expected from a restoration contractor. After the last storm we had severe damage to our attic and second floor here in the cedars area…our insurance told us to call one of four local insurance companies. this was the first on our list and we liked their approach. they were on scene within (no exaggeration ) 45 minutes of getting our call.

Had a minor water damage issue in my garage and I wanted to tackle it before it turned into a more serious mold problem. I contacted these guys who were happy to work outside of an insurance claim (I didn’t think it was worth filing a claim). They charged me very fair rates for the labor and materials. The entire issue was completed by the end of the next week. 1 month later and my garage is in great condition with no smell or mold.
