Below, please find a copy of the letter that I sent to my senior manager., With one day remaining on the 4-day window cleaning project, we’ve observed some truly amazing accomplishments from the V.I.P. Services/ Window Cleaning team that are worthy of mentioning at this time. Well into the project it became clear that the V.I.P team was willing to take on some of the Center’s more difficult cleaning assignments., Examples include:, • The once enmeshed glass covering looking into the Halls from the East Mezz corridor, now clear and cleaned (A must see)., • The bird nest filled outer terrace upper glass/ sky port, thoroughly cleaned and bird nest removed. Entire area power-washed., • The silver/chrome glass supports throughout the building have been cleaned and polished, never done before., • The huge, black stain on the outer pyramid wall has finally been removed after
