- Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling and any changes to arrival and departure dates are treated as cancellations and a new reservation. Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled or changed a minimum of 15 days (30 days during foliage/holiday season) prior to scheduled arrival. $25 processing fee for administrative costs will be deducted from refund. Prepaid deposit is forfeited on cancellations or changes after the minimum period of 15 days. Any cancellation or changes within 7 days of your arrival date will require full payment of any balance still due on your reservation. Balance will be charged on scheduled date of arrival. No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.
