The Village Apartments if the Jewish Federation were established in 1988 and has been a source of superior senior care for over 25 years. The Village Apartments offers a full range of social programs and recreational activities. The core building includes 51 one-bedroom apartments, 13 studio apartments and 4 one bedroom with a den rental units for independent middle to higher income seniors. An additional 24 units are operated by the Bierman Home, a shared apartment living program by the Daughters of Israel Geriatric Center, which is an affordable alternative to assisted living. Subsidies are available for those who qualify.
