At Villa Kali Ma, we offer women an integrative and holistic residential treatment program incorporating evidenced-based treatment modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, somatic therapy, expressive arts therapy and neurofeedback along with powerful holistic modalities such as acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, massage, yoga, meditation, breathwork, guided imagery, shamanic sound journey, EFT and earthing.
Every day begins with mindfulness practices which are powerful for opening the heart and rewiring the brain. Mindfulness has been widely studied and shown to be effective in the treatment of substance abuse, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, and other trauma.
Our program teaches women tools that empower them to radically change the way they experience life. Women will learn how to let go of fear, anxiety, depression and negative self-talk and replace it with self-compassion, self-love and forgiveness and the power to transform their life.
