It was a special treatment they provided me. Who would think that the assigned technician is a real pro? He was punctual and accommodating, and in a quick fix, my Oven Overheating is functioning like brand-new. He was quick on the draw when answering my questions. I expressed my appreciation by tapping his shoulder for doing a great job.
