Value-evaluation provides mock jury or focus group members, and pays them for the session. Lawyers can select jury members for their sessions from our database. Jurors show up at law offices to participate in the mock jury session.
Mock jury focus groups range from 6-20 people and can be used for testing expert witnesses, trial themes, case exhibits, attorney concerns, and the value of the settlement.
The website includes a blog with tips and information on conducting successful mock jury sessions and focus groups. Currently the business has a reach only in the south eastern Pennsylvania area, but plans to expand quickly throughout the USA.
