Kitchen; Main floor with all amenities / two different dining rooms with enough space and yet! cozy for everyone to dine at once and together/ right from here you can exit on the deck/BBQ and sitting area as well
Living room: Couch/pull out sofa bed and you also have an ottoman and Chair with TV/DVD and wood burning fireplace. There is a beautifull deck on the floor as well.
Game Room right by the Living Room: Full Futon, with pool table, back deck sliding door .Half Bath no this main floor as well.
