If for any reason you are not satisfied with your drycleaning, we will take your garments back in, NO charge! If you are still not satisfied, you will get a FULL refund for that garment! We take very good care of our customers and appreciate all of your business and friendship! We also offer laundry service that will also be able to be ready same day in by 9am out by 5pm any garment after after 9am will be ready next day after 5pm. And any shirt launderd and starched is $1.75 per shirt
