UECDC provides free quality educational programing including: career counseling, community cultural events, neighborhood gardens, youth programs, Adult Basic Education, English as a Second Language (ESL) and General Education Development courses. We are a progressive organization who intends to change communities one person at a time. We are focused on building communities by providing services that have real meaning to people just like you.
