We have spent hundreds of dollars at this store. Today my wife went to purchase a love seat. Got it out the back door to get it in the back of our Blazer. It would not fit. My wife asked if she could exchange it since it was just purchased 5 seconds ago. After waiting over an hour for an answer the manager said no. We had purchased it and we could not return it because it had left the building. 5 feet from the door is leaving the building. Thrift stores are my thing but we will never go here again. I suggest the goodwill across the street. They have values as a company.
