- Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to your stay for a full refund. Within the 2 weeks, there will be a $25 processing fee. EXCEPTIONS: Special weekends (Tech graduation, football, parents weekend) require a one month in advance cancellation for a full refund. NOTE: Departures prior to your check-out date will not result in a refund. We will issue a voucher for the remainder of your original stay for you to use at a later date.
