Two primary triggers for homeowners are water penetrating in through a foundation crack or an upcoming home sale where the homeowner wants to proactively resolve an issue, or needs to based on a pre-sale home inspection. The Cracksmith uses a combination of services to complete repairs including non-shrinking fast-setting cement compounds, epoxy injection, urethane injection, carbon fiber and epoxy coatings.
