NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 72 HOURS OF 3PM CHECK IN OR ON ANY RACE SEASON BOOKINGS THROUGH APRIL 10 2010. For Easy No Hassle Check In/Out, all rooms are charged at booking with a credit/debit card, so no office check in neccesary. Leave key in room to check out, as we have no phones in the room, additional charges or fees. NO CASH OR CHECKS.
