- Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received Ten (10) days prior to scheduled arrival date (30 days required for holidays and college activities related weekends). Deposits for college related activities are non refundable. If you find it necessary to cancel, we will make every effort to fill your room,and if successful we will return your deposit, Early departures will be handled as any other cancellation if the room cannot be re booked. Cancellations will only be honored if you have spoken directly with the innkeepers and have received a cancellation number. We cannot be responsible for lost emails or messages left on answering services.
